Patrick Brown, he said what should never be said.

The researcher, Patrick Brown, said he omitted “the full truth” about nonclimate causes of wildfire, such as
insufficient forest management, from a peer-reviewed study that showed how rising temperatures are increasing
the risk of wildfire, because he suspected editors of the journal Nature would have rejected his research if it failed
to exclusively blame human-caused greenhouse gases for intensifying blazes. Nature said his claims were untrue.

“I knew not to try to quantify key aspects other than climate change in my research because it would dilute the story
that prestigious journals like Nature and its rival, Science, want to tell,” Brown wrote in an opinion piece published
by the Free Press. Brown was hailed as a whistleblower by some conservative media outlets that sometimes promote
falsehoods around climate change.

His accusations were covered by FoxNews.com and the New York Post with headlines that indicated Brown’s claims
were evidence of corruption in climate science. But the editor-in-chief of Nature, Magdalena Skipper, said Brown’s
assertions were demonstrably false.

Before the paper was published, peer reviewers of Brown’s research pointed out that he excluded important variables
other than climate change that also affect wildfires, Skipper said. Brown argued against including those other variables,
she said.

“The only thing in Patrick Brown’s statements about the editorial processes in scholarly journals that we agree on is that
science should not work through the efforts by which he published this article,” Skipper said in a statement to E&E News.
“We are now carefully considering the implications of his stated actions; certainly, they reflect poor research practices
and are not in line with the standards we set for our journal.”

Skipper cited three pieces published in Nature in the last month that she said disprove Brown’s claims, because they
questioned or downplayed the role of climate change in ecological disasters. They include research on marine heat
waves, increased carbon emissions in the Amazon and the role of human activity in driving wildfires.

Brown, who did not respond to a request for comment, has a doctoral degree in earth and climate science from Duke
University. He is the co-director of the climate and energy team at the Breakthrough Institute, which has sometimes
been critical of climate claims in the media as well as climate policy. His Nature research was published last week.

“To put it bluntly, climate science has become less about understanding the complexities of the world and more about
serving as a kind of Cassandra, urgently warning the public about the dangers of climate change,” Brown wrote in the
Op-Ed. “However understandable this instinct may be, it distorts a great deal of climate science research, misinforms
the public, and most importantly, makes practical solutions more difficult to achieve.”

Brown’s claims were amplified by conservative media outlets.
The New York Post republished his op-ed with the headline “As a scientist, I’m not allowed to tell the full truth about
climate change.”

Fox News also reran the piece with the headline “Climate scientist admits editing paper to fit ‘preapproved narratives.’”
The right-wing Daily Mail wrote, “Top scientist Patrick Brown says he deliberately OMITTED key fact in climate change
piece he’s just had published in prestigious journal to ensure woke editors ran it.”

Marissa Streit, the CEO of PragerU, a far-right advocacy group that aims to bring climate denial videos into schools,
wrote on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, that Brown was “another example” of a scientist who’s brave enough
to speak out against their colleagues. “We’ve been attacked for giving a voice to scientists that have been bullied and
marginalized for not towing the elites’ climate change catastrophe narrative,” she wrote. “We will continue to give them
a voice.”

That firestorm of attention and distorted claims threaten to blow back on Brown’s seven co-authors, scientists said.
It’s not clear if any of his co-authors knew about Brown’s plans. They include recent graduates and early-career scientists.
None of them responded to requests for comment Wednesday. Brown’s actions are “monumentally unethical,” said Gavin
Schmidt, director of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies.

Over decades of research in the field, he said he could not remember another author treating publication as a “game.”
Brown’s actions won’t hurt his own job prospects since he is no longer an academic, but the controversy could follow
his colleagues throughout their careers, Schmidt said.

He added that Brown censored himself, rather than actually being told his paper wouldn’t be published if he broadened
his research. “He’s whistleblowing on himself — he did all of this,” Schmidt said. “Nobody did anything to him.”...'

Korotchenko believed these were "not just statements of a retired hawk" but also a concerted information campaign "designed to influence both us and a Western audience."

While the U.S. is the biggest provider of military aid to Ukraine, it has taken pains to avoid direct confrontation with Russia and has made no threats of attacking the targets that Korotchenko referred to.

But Korotchenko said there should be a discussion about what will determine "the use and permissibility of tactical nuclear weapons what goals and what tactics we will use."



"The most important message we should send to the Americans is that we will not wage war with you in Europe," he said in a clip subsequently posted on X (formerly Twitter) by Ukrainian internal affairs adviser Anton Gerashchenko.

"In response to your attacks on Russian military or civilian facilities, the first strike will be a preventative limited strike against targets on the territory of the United States of America, " he told the anchor of 60 Minutes, Yevgeny Popov. Last week, Russia announced that its Sarmat strategic missile system, which can reach the U.S., had been put on combat duty.

"Attention, United States!," wrote Geraschchenko next to the video. "Russian propagandists threaten with nuclear strikes on U.S. territory."

In response to Korotchenko's comments, Hodges told Newsweek that the U.S. administration was "finally realizing that the likelihood of Russia using a nuclear weapon is extremely small."

"Russia has been threatening nuclear strikes since the beginning. I take them seriously because Russia has thousands of nuclear weapons and because they clearly don't care how many innocent people may die," he said.

"But I think they realize that their nukes are actually most effective when they don't use them. They see how we self-deter."

"Crimea is the decisive terrain of this war," said Hodges of the peninsula, which has seen a stepping up of attacks believed to be carried out by Kyiv—including the Kerch Bridge that links the occupied territory with the Russian mainland.

"Once Ukraine liberates Crimea, it is over. Ukraine knows they cannot ever be safe or secure or rebuild their economy as long as Russia occupies Crimea," Hodges added.

Did you know Stanley Plotkin and another vaccinologist named Hilary Koprowski worked with the Belgian colonial authorities in the Congo to get a million African child "volunteers" to do multiple trials for vaccines?

These trials were deemed too risky in the US, so what was their solution? IgG4 Antibodies After Repeated SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccination


A year ago, we had a post that I cannot find about EU regulators warning of overuse of covid boosters damaging the immune system and causing a form of ADE with coronaviruses. It appears we may have that problem and more.

A recent study concludes mRNA doses raise IgG4 and they do not know why. Luckily this does not seem to be the case with viral-vector vaccines and is a problem with the mRNA delivery system.

I myself refused the mRNA, mainly because all mRNA vaccine trials for SARS 1 & MERS were failures, usually resulting in ADE or other major problems. Let's put it this way, they went through a lot of rodents.

Thus, over time, the average severity of Covid infections will increase. People will take longer to get better once they’re infected. Hospitalizations and deaths will rise. The health-care system will come under worsening strain.

Oh, and some people may suffer nasty autoimmune side effects too, including pancreatitis, kidney disease, and even aneurysms.

Here, we report that several months after the second vaccination, SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies were increasingly composed of non-inflammatory IgG4, which were further boosted by a third mRNA vaccination and/or SARS-CoV-2 variant breakthrough infections. IgG4 antibodies among all spike-specific IgG antibodies rose on average from 0.04% shortly after the second vaccination to 19.27% late after the third vaccination.

This induction of IgG4 antibodies was not observed after homologous or heterologous SARS-CoV-2 vaccination with adenoviral vectors.


We found an mRNA vaccine-driven expansion of memory B cells expressing IgG4. We detected spike-specific IgG4 antibodies in about half of the serum samples collected five to seven months after the second immunization, all of which did not show any IgG4 at earlier time points. For all other IgG subclasses, a decline was seen in the same period. Moreover, after the third immunization, IgG4 levels sharply increased and became detectable in almost all vaccinees.

In summary, our study demonstrates an mRNA vaccine-induced antiviral IgG4 antibody response appearing late after secondary immunization. Further investigations are needed to clarify the precise immunological mechanisms driving this response and to evaluate whether an IgG4-driven antibody response affects subsequent viral infections and booster vaccinations. This is not only relevant for potential future vaccine campaigns against SARS-CoV-2, but also for new mRNA-based vaccine developments against other pathogens.

Quote:In summary, we characterized the comprehensive effects of extended immunization with RBD booster vaccines in a balb/c mouse model. Our findings revealed that repeated dosing after the establishment of vaccine response might not further improve the antigen-specific reactivity; instead, it could cause systematic tolerance and inability to generate effective humoral and cellular immune responses to current SARS-CoV-2 variants. Our study provides timely information for the prevention of COVID-19. It puts an extended immunization course with two or more RBD-based vaccine boosters at debate, and warns for the future applications of vaccine enhancers without proper evaluation of serum antibody titers and T cell functions.

To be sure that their finding is not spurious, they included a control group of people who never received the Covid vaccines.

All controls (samples from unvaccinated individuals) were negative. The control group (20 unvaccinated people) was also tested after contracting COVID-19 and was negative for PP-spike.

Nowhere does the study state that spike protein production ends after 187 days – the upper limit on time after vaccination was an artefact of the study design.

I am going out on a limb here. I can't prove anything I am going to post. But I can't help but wonder why they made the immediate jump to, " the child was born sick", without asking the question, "Why are so many children sick"?

Especially coming from a scientific society that believes so strongly in evolution, why would they not see such obvious changes in behavior in so many children, and not make the same jump in thought that I did. Could there be changes in our atmosphere, water, or food supply that may be the reason for these behavioral changes?

Anyway, watching this video got the gears turning in my brain in 50 directions at once.

The last thing these children needed were more chemicals being thrown at them, as they experimented to find out what would stick. 

I have seen and heard of families that have had good luck with strict dietary control of their children and making sure they avoided GMO foods, and only feed them fresh organically grown and harvested foods.

Maybe more emphasis should be on what not to give children instead of what medications to feed them.

Organizers closed vehicular access to the counterculture festival and attendees trudged through mud, many barefoot or wearing plastic bags on their feet. The revelers were urged to shelter in place and conserve food, water and other supplies.
The Pershing County Sheriff’s Office said the death happened during the event but offered few details as the investigation continued, including the identity of the deceased person or the suspected cause of death, KNSD-TV reported.

'A Utah woman who ran a popular parenting advice YouTube channel is facing child abuse charges after
her malnourished son escaped from home, officials said. Ruby Franke and her business partner Jodi Nan
Hildebrandt were arrested in Ivins, Utah this week.

Officials also found Ms Franke's 10-year-old daughter in a malnourished condition at her partner's house.
Both women were charged with six counts of child abuse on Friday. The BBC has contacted Ms Franke
and Ms Hildebrandt for comment. Police say Ms Franke's 12-year-old son climbed out of the window and
ran to a neighbour's house to ask for food and water.

"The calling party [the neighbour] stated the juvenile appeared to be emaciated and malnourished, with
open wounds and duct tape around the extremities," according to a statement from the Santa-Clara Ivins
Public Safety Department.

"Upon arrival, law enforcement observed the wounds and the malnourishment of [the boy] to be severe,"
the department said. The boy had to be taken to the hospital "due to his deep lacerations from being tied
up with rope and from his malnourishment". Ms Franke's 10-year-old daughter was also taken to the hospital.

Officials later obtained a search warrant in connection with the incident, and in total, four children were taken
into the care of family and child services, according to the statement. On Friday, Washington County officials
in Utah formally charged Ms Franke and Ms Hildebrandt.

The charges stem from the alleged abuse of two children in three different ways: physical abuse, malnutrition
and severe emotional harm. Each count carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years and a fine of up to $10,000
(£7,940), Washington County officials said.

Ms Franke, 41, became YouTube famous in 2015 for her channel called 8 Passengers that discussed parenting
of her six children. The channel gained over 2 million subscribers before it was deactivated earlier this year.
The vlogger has faced a backlash in the past for her strict parenting measures described on the channel, including
her son claiming he slept on a bean bag for several months as punishment and Ms Franke describing withholding
meals as another disciplinary measure.

The bean bag incident led some viewers to call local child protective services, though Ms Franke claimed to Insider
the incident had been taken out of context. She has also appeared in YouTube videos posted by Ms Hildebrandt
- a counsellor and life coach - on her site, ConneXions Classroom.

In one such video posted on 10 May 2022, Ms Franke described herself as Ms Hildebrandt's "side-kick" and
questioned why so many children were suffering from depression. "I never expected my second-grader to come
home and say so-and-so has anxiety and so-and-so has depression," she said. "Something is off. This isn't right."
In a second video - entitled "guiding children to truth" - Ms Hildebrandt called on mothers "to understand that
principles are necessary" for children to have a "calm and peaceful" life.

According to a report in the Salt Lake Tribune, Ms Hildebrandt was put on probation for 18 months and nearly lost
her licence to be a pornography-addiction therapist after publicly discussing a patient without his permission.

Ms Franke's eldest daughter Shari Franke shared a post on Instagram after her mother's arrest, saying that she
and her family "are so glad justice is being served", US media reported. "We've been trying to tell the police and
CPS for years about this, and so glad they finally decided to step up," she reportedly said.

Ms Franke has requested an attorney and did not speak to officers, according to the Associated Press. That
attorney had not publicly been identified on Thursday...'
