Maybe Grim just wasn’t cut out to be a teacher? Maybe he lacked the intellect to be a teacher. Nah. It was racism. Lawyers saw a massive payday and oh boy, did it pay off. For Grim and the lawyers. Attorneys swooped in and filed a class action lawsuit claiming the test was discriminatory. New York settled the case in the waning days of former Mayor Bill DeBlasio’s administration and agreed to a $1.8 billion dollar payout. Billion. With a “B.” It is the largest settlement in the city’s history, and Grim is standing on the peak of that pile of money. Herman got the largest settlement because he was the most prolific failure.


Between 1994 and 2014, thousands of applicants failed to pass the teachers’ exam. The lawsuit alleged that the test was discriminatory because a “disparate” percentage of blacks and Latinos did not pass the test.
Fifty three percent of black applicants passed the test and 50 percent of Latinos. Ninety percent of white applicants passed. Kimba Woods, a federal court judge known as the “Love Judge” for multiple divorces and breaking up a marriage, as well as awful jurisprudence, found that requiring applicants to pass a Liberal Arts and Sciences Test to teach liberal art and science violated the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Wood said it was discriminatory because it was not an indicator of being a good teacher. The case passed through several other courtrooms with rulings in the city’s favor, but eventually, outgoing Mayor DeBlasio agreed to the settlement.

 Not surprising. Mayor Bill would find racism in a glass of milk, but he was the mayor, so pay up taxpayers.

To the tune of $1.8 billion.

The New York Post talked to Grim. While sitting in his home, with a low-battery smoke alarm irritatingly chirping in the background, Grim offered some brilliant insights into the settlement. He said:


I was getting mails (sic), actual mail in the mailbox from the lawyers and I literally ignored them, you know, then I started getting phone calls, and I wasn’t taking that serious(sic) and um it was nice, the lady, the lawyer said, very nice, they know that I wasn’t taking it serious (sic), you know just wasn’t taking it serious (sic). Why would, see, my, why would you tell me about law… poss…you know lawsuit (sic) either, go through or they won’t go through, you know, through reading, hearing news and all that stuff. And um, I know a couple of people that had…not in education, but they went through lawsuits and they, um, and they didn’t win or anything like that…so to, me it’s like….

Yeah, you independent types and your gas generators.... You should not have them as they produce carbon monoxide.

A whopping two-thirds of North America faces an "elevated risk" of power blackouts this summer, a leading grid watchdog found in May, a vulnerability that stems from America's increase in green power generation and decrease in fossil fuel power plants. California, for example, saw power outages in the summer of 2022 as electricity demand surged.


Portable gas generators can help those who experience a power outage keep the lights on, and nearly five million households use them. Should the Biden administration finalize its rule, however, the generators could become difficult to obtain. The commission's rule prohibits manufacturers from stockpiling non-compliant generators prior to the rule's enactment.


Beyond the Consumer Product Safety Commission, President Joe Biden's Energy Department has unveiled a slew of environmental regulations to fight climate change. The department says its proposed gas stove rule, for example, would effectively ban half of all models on the U.S. market from being sold. The department has also proposed or finalized energy efficiency rules targeting washing machines, refrigerators, and lightbulbs. "Collectively," the department said in February, "these energy actions … support President Biden's ambitious clean energy agenda to combat the climate crisis."


Many portable generator manufacturers already impose voluntary standards to keep consumers safe from carbon monoxide emissions. The Portable Generator Manufacturers' Association standard requires a generator to automatically shut off when carbon monoxide concentrations hit certain levels. It also imposes product warning labels and durability requirements for the shutoff systems.


Still, the Biden administration is looking to adopt more stringent carbon monoxide emission caps from Underwriters Laboratories, an international product safety company. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says its rule is necessary due to low compliance with voluntary standards in the gas generator market—it estimates that just 30 percent of models comply with the Portable Generator Manufacturers' Association standard. The association, however, says roughly 75 percent of the market is compliant with its standards.

In a statement, NSO, which says it sells its tools only to governments and law enforcement agencies and has safeguards in place to prevent misuse, said that "thousands of lives" have been saved through the use of its tools.

“Pedophiles and terrorists can freely operate in technological safe-havens, and we provide governments the lawful tools to fight it. NSO Group will continue to advocate for the truth," a spokesperson said in a statement.

In its complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Apple said NSO's tools were used in "concerted efforts in 2021 to target and attack Apple customers" and that "U.S. citizens have been surveilled by NSO’s spyware on mobile devices that can and do cross international borders."

Apple alleged that NSO Group created more than 100 fake Apple ID user credentials to carry out its attacks. Apple said that its servers were not hacked, but that NSO misused and manipulated the servers to deliver the attacks on Apple users.

Radar detected a fast-moving object that was in a holding pattern directly above the Hanford plant. It was extremely high and the pilots couldn't see it at first. As they rapidly increased altitude the pilots all spotted it at about the same time and headed directly for its position. None of them could recognize it, but they could see it well from their vantage point. It had a saucer-like appearance, was bright, extremely fast, and very high. The F6F had an operating ceiling of 37,000 feet, but on this day they exceeded that considerably and still couldn't get close enough. It didn't make any overt moves, gave no signals, just hovered there as if observing, staying well enough out of reach. When some of the engines began to fail, and fuel consumption got critical, the planes returned to base one by one, and the strange craft disappeared as quickly as it came. The six F6F "Hellcats" made visual contact with the object described as the size of three aircraft carriers side by side, oval shaped, very streamlined like a stretched-out egg and pinkish in color. The witness who filed this report said that some kind of vapor was being emitted around the outside edges from portholes or vents. The object was observed at noon in a clear sky at an estimated altitude of 65,000 feet. After hovering in a fixed position above the Hanford Nuclear Reactor for an additional twenty minutes, the object disappeared going straight-up as the six Hellcats limped back to the Pasco Naval Air Station (Washington).

The odd thing about the 2nd one is - there are some odd looking dark spots in the sky.

- None of the other dozens of photos I downloaded from there have any dark spots in the sky or anywhere else in the photos.

- All of the other photos are of the Plutonium plant itself or building or roads or objects.

This is the only photo taken of NOTHING.

- All photos of this plant were classified at the time and have remained so for the last 50 years.

- My question is then 'Why did someone take an eraser or chemical agent on a brush and try to remove the main black spot?

Personally I suspect this photo was taken on the day of the Saucer invasion and someone was told to get their camera quick!

Why else would we have a perfect photo of NOTHING front and center other than UFO's in the sky!

Any of our imaging exoerts here care to take a whack at adjusting the contrast to show us what was originally seen in the photos before someone tried to erase it?
