Quote:Afghan migrant with Adam’s apple wins £25k ‘because he’s a child’

'An Afghan migrant who was deemed an adult by UK authorities because he had a “protruding
Adam’s apple” has won £25,000 after an asylum judge ruled he was a child.

A Day At The 'Pay-Out' Country.

The migrant – who came to Britain on a small boat – was awarded the payout after an immigration
judge ruled that officials were wrong to conclude he was over 18. The Afghan had a large Adam’s
apple, bags under his eyes and skin that “did not appear youthful”, a tribunal heard. Official age
assessors at St Helens borough council in Merseyside concluded he was aged between 23 and
25 when he arrived.

An upper immigration tribunal overturned that decision, ruling that the authorities had relied on
“pseudoscientific indicators”. The court said the date of birth the Afghan gave – of January 5, 2007
– was correct and found he was 17 upon his arrival. He was awarded £25,000 ($33.546) to cover
his publicly-funded legal costs after winning his appeal.

The Upper Tribunal heard that the man, from an unnamed village in Afghanistan, told the Home
Office he was born in 2005 when he arrived in the UK before subsequently correcting it to January 5,
2007.

He told council assessors “he was stressed and confused” when he arrived in the UK and did not
know what he was pointing to when he pointed at a date of birth of May 25, 2005. He said he had
not eaten in more than two days at that point and did not speak much English.

The migrant’s mother later told him his date of birth according to Afghanistan’s Pashto calendar over
the phone – he had previously said “dates of birth were just not important to him when he was in
Afghanistan”.

The asylum seeker, who has been granted anonymity, added that he had not gone to school because
the one in his area had been “blown up in the war.” He added that “he fled Afghanistan because of his
father having issues with the Taliban connected to his father’s role as a police officer”.

St Helens council assessors decided the migrant was aged between 23 and 25 because his “skin did
not appear youthful,” he had “established lines within features of his face common with maturity,"
“bagginess in the upper and lower eye lines,” and a “protruding Adam’s apple.”

They said: “The [migrant]’s facial structure appears fully developed. These features are consistent with
a person who has exceeded maturity, and more common with an adult and less likely features of a
child under the age of eighteen years. However, it is acknowledged that the [migrant]’s life in
Afghanistan and journey to the UK could have had an impact on his physical development.”

However, Upper Tribunal Judge Abid Mahmood criticised the age assessment for relying on the
migrant’s Adam’s apple as an indicator of his age, saying “an Adam’s apple adds very little in
assessing whether [he] was above the age of 18”. He added: “I did not observe lines on [his] face.”

Judge Mahmood said: “The judgement concludes that the local authority’s age assessment was
procedurally unfair and substantively flawed.” He noted that one of the “key deficiencies” of the
assessment was the “reliance on pseudoscientific indicators such as physical appearance without
medical expertise”.

The judge found that the man’s date of birth was the date he claimed, making him 18 years old now.
He concluded that St Helens Borough Council should pay for his legal costs, which were publicly
-funded. The migrant’s asylum claim is being considered separately...'

"Upper Tribunal Judge Abid Mahmood"?

Presiding over an action involving an Afghan invader "Asylum seeker"?

Isn't that a bit like setting a fox to guard the hen house?

More enrichment in Dublin this time contained within accommodation provided to young migrants , 17 year old Ukrainian asylum seeker Vadym Davydenko was stabbed to death on Wednesday by a fellow resident with the MSM staying clear of unveiling the ethnicity of the stabber , reports I've seen backed up be a report on X say the stabber is a Somali migrant who also stabbed a female worker at the facility who tried to intervein.

Quote:A Somali migrant killed a Ukrainian teenager in Ireland: gruesome details of the crime

Vadym Davydenko, 17, was stabbed to death with a kitchen knife at a Tusla refugee centre in north Dublin on Wednesday morning. The attacker gouged out one of his eyes.

A female staff member of the shelter tried to intervene, but the assailant stabbed her as well. He was detained at the scene and is now in the hospital with hand injuries.

The incident has sparked outrage across Ireland, where public tension has been rising in recent months over the government’s migration policies and the opening of new asylum centers even in small towns.

Earlier, a crazed Iraqi migrant pushed a 16-year-old Ukrainian girl under a train in Germany without cause.

Closer to home a Sudanese illegal tried to kidnap women in Wiltshire.

Quote:AN ILLEGAL immigrant tried to snatch a teenage girl off the street but was thwarted by passing bus passengers who came to her rescue.

Abdulmawal Ibrahim Adam, 27, from Sudan, grabbed the horrified 17-year-old and dragged her across a road “against her will”.

The brazen attempted kidnapping took place as the girl walked home from work at around 9.30pm in Swindon, Wilts.

All this enrichment sure does raise my blood pressure.

Quote:Man who stole £31k of wine 'to drink' given 2 weeks to return stash by judge

'A tuk-tuk driver who stole £31,000 of fine wine and champagne from three high-end restaurants
has been given the chance to return the goods before he is sentenced. Iuliu Kubola, 61, is facing
a possible jail term after he admitted six burglaries at the eateries in Mayfair, Belgravia and the
City of London.

Iuliu Kubola.

On Tuesday, Judge Mark Lucraft KC put off his Old Bailey sentence so the defendant could
“make good” on his promise to help police recover the missing wine. The court heard that
some of the stash was found on Kubola when he was arrested riding a pedicab in the City
of London in June. Asked what he intended to do with all the wine he had stolen, he told police:
“The wine is to drink, no?”

Outlining the facts of the case, prosecutor Matthew Jolliffe said the defendant entered Comptoir
Cafe and Wine in Mayfair in the early hours of May 1 and made off with several bottles of wine
valued at £6,000 and £200 cash from the till. On May 13, and June 8, he attended Oliveto and
Olivo on Elizabeth Street in Belgravia and took multiple bottles of wine and cash.

Kubola, from Islington, north London, also struck three times at Piazza Italiana on Threadneedle
Street in the City of London, the court was told. In the first incident, Kubola caused damage to
an external door and locks, costing £1,000 to change locks and £425 in repairs.

Mr Jolliffe said: “The defendant used a pedal cab to cycle out of the City of London. He returned
on the same pedal cab at 3.35am, loaded a wheelie bin into the back and left at 3.57am cycling
out of the City of London.” Around £100 was taken from the cash till and 73 bottles, at a total
replacement cost of £23,801, the court heard.

Early on June 15, he was caught on CCTV at the restaurant a second time and made off with
three more bottles of wine valued at £680 and £55 from the till. Four days later, he entered the
property again but left without taking anything after the alarm sounded. He was arrested on
June 22 while riding the tuk-tuk on Cornhill in the City of London.

He was found with a bottle of Villa Bucci wine, a bottle of Laurent-Perrier champagne, a bottle
of Jack Daniels, a half-empty bottle of Shaw and Smith chardonnay, and a bottle of vodka.
Other items seized included a spanner, pliers, screwdrivers, three crowbars and an angle grinder.
In his police interview, the defendant did not dispute any of the allegations.

He questioned the value of the wine taken, saying: “It was not that much. I have had a restaurant
in Italy for 20 years. It did not add up to that much.” Asked what he did for money, he told police:
“If you have cash, you can spend it.”

In mitigation, Daisy Kell-Jones said that the defendant had previously worked at Oliveto and Piazza
Italiana restaurants. She told the court: “He was effectively not paid and he made the reckless and
stupid decision, rather than confronting the owners of these restaurants and asking for his salary,
effectively decided to go in and take the salary for himself.”

Ms Kell-Jones said the defendant had disclosed to her that the majority of wine was being stored
at a wine merchant and restaurant near Aldgate and he was “very keen” that it be returned. She
said: “Mr Kubola recognises he should not have done what he did and recognises the loss caused
to those two restaurants and wants to pay them back somehow.”

Judge Lucraft put off the sentencing until November 3 to give the defendant the chance to “make
good” on his promise to return the wine. He said: “I am going to adjourn the sentence to permit
Mr Kubola to assist police to recover what was taken. If that has not happened by then, I will
draw my own conclusions from that.” The judge said he would make no promises about the
defence plea for Kubola to be given a suspended sentence and avoid jail.

Kubola, who was assisted by a Romanian interpreter, has previous convictions for shoplifting
and driving while disqualified and without a licence. He was remanded into custody...'

Should be a simple case of deporting him again as he is legally French property , of course under this government even simple things are hard for them to get to grips with.

Today the murderer of 15 year old Harvey Willgoose at their school was sentenced in court with the judge taking the unusual step of naming the little scrote as 15 year old Mohammed Umar Khan who received 16 years in prison.... Quelle Surprise

Under British law offenders under the age of 18 can't be named but judge Mrs Justice Ellenbogen decided it was in the public's interest to know , thank you judge Ellenbogen.

If I were in charge I'd deport his family tomorrow so the he has someone to join when he's served his time.

on one the boats, thrown out and then illegally re-entered the country... the Prime Minister was asked

Keir Starmer responded that it proves the 'One-In-One-Out' project is working because the chap -who
felt fearful in France, had to pay the people-traffickers twice! Oh Dear.

RE: Britain Today - Ninurta - 10-23-2025

I have a solution that would absolutely, positively, without any doubts, prevent recidivism like the returning after deportation gentleman, but no one likes my idea. While it would 100% stop the recidivism, it's just too... permanent... for most folks.

Either get serious about securing borders, or just sit back and watch the invasions. Half-assed measures lead to less than half-assed results.

RE: Britain Today - BIAD - 10-24-2025

It seems the mainstream media have been lying to us as one of that bunch of daily scribblers tells the public:

Quote:‘Lawless London’ is safer than it’s been in decades

'The idea of a “lawless London” – where knifemen stalk the streets and no one feels safe – has become
a popular refrain in viral clips and political rhetoric on both sides of the Atlantic. The evidence, however,
tells a different story: murder and manslaughter rates have dropped to their lowest level since 2003, and
youth violence continues to decline.

New data from the Metropolitan Police, shared by London’s Violence Reduction Unit (VRU), which brings
together agencies across London to tackle violence through early intervention, shows knife crime per capita
dropped 12% in the period from January to August 2025, compared with the same eight months in 2024.
And while the summer months would typically see a troubling spike in youth violence, this year no
teenagers or young adults were killed during the holiday period...'

RE: Britain Today - gortex - 10-24-2025

It's been kicking off in Dublin for the last couple of nights and there's no reason to believe tonight will be any different , protesters descended on the Citywest Migrant Hotel in Dublin following an allegation by a 10 year old child of sexual assault carried out by an African migrant.

The people of Ireland have had enough of this open borders policy as have the people of the UK , the lies of government caused this they can only hold themselves to blame , while they live in their gated communities we are left to deal with the consequences.

Solidarity with my Irish brothers.

The African illegal migrant who was staying in the Bell Hotel when he sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl and received a 12 month sentence a few weeks ago was today accidentally released from prison.

Quote:The Ethiopian national was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity and harassment without violence earlier this month.
District judge Christopher Williams said Kebatu posed a "significant risk of reoffending" when he sentenced him to 12 months in prison in September.
Sky News understands Hadush Kebatu was being released from prison as he was due to be immediately deported.

He was released on the expectation that he would be picked up by immigration enforcement, but it is currently unclear what happened next. It is understood that the Home Office was ready to take Kebatu to an immigration removal centre.
Sky sources say the search for Kebatu is within Essex Police, which launched a manhunt in Chelmsford.
Kebatu's lawyer, Molly Dyas, told Chelmsford Magistrates' Court during his trial that it was his "firm wish" to be deported.

So he gets 12 months prison for sexually assaulting a 14 year old British girl but because he want's to be deported he doesn't have to do the time ? , and then gets accidentally released by the Keystone Cops.... what a fecking country !

RE: Britain Today - Ninurta - 10-24-2025

"Accidentally" released, eh? Yeah... yeah... That's the ticket! "Accidentally" released. That's their story, and they're stickin' to it!

Numerous studies have shown that by first processing the offender through the mechanisms of a gallows or guillotine, 100% of "accidental" releases can be prevented.

What I want to know is how did this company get enough data on you to prove your identity if even YOU can't prove your own identity?

And, in related matters, if they have that data, whom else might they be selling it to? Maybe marketing data envelopes to illegals hanging out in the Tesco parking lot so they can "prove" they are you by getting YOUR "digital ID"?

Fact is, digital ID is, in the end, just another ID, but one the government can track your every move with. As an ID, if I can get one "proving" I am me, then anyone else can also get one "proving" they are also me. There has to be a process to obtain a "digital ID" just like there is to obtain any other ID, so if someone else goes through that process first to "prove" they are me, and steals my digital ID before I get one, then does that mean I am no longer me?

Things to think about...

.
