Venezuela next ? - 727Sky - 08-28-2025

Some of this story sounds a lot like the prelude to the invasion of Panama.. I used to fly into Caracas during the winter months in the states and it was not a nice place even back then .

I did have a friend who grew up there and he loved it until the 70s and the change into a more socialist leadership. I guess we will just have to wait and see if the 50 million dollar bounty works to remove Manduro ?

An invasion isn't what I expected for the timeline I started in "Venezuela's history lesson - A timeline of descent" thread at the Dead Drop. We can't go fighting on multiple fronts, though. I say we keep it to one; this one will do.

I dont see Venezuelas in the same level as US .....

If they track Manduro, which they can do, it would be simple to kill him and his henchmen.

727 - If your point (above) is, this level of military action isn't required to kill Maduro, I would completely agree!!
It is absolutely NOT required!  This is something else.
If someone at high levels in DC wanted Maduro dead it could easily happen...even tonight, silently, in the middle of the night.  The sun would rise tomorrow and Maduro would be gone.  Period.

A U.S. Navy frigate (or ten) isn't going to take Maduro out.  It won't!  It's going to have to be done on the ground, and those in power know this!  No, this is something else.

People are blind anymore.  They see stuff like this and sit there with their beer in hand, butt firmly planted on the couch, and they say..."YEAH!!  Take that, MF'ers!!  We'll show YOU!"  And the whole time, they (and millions others like them) cannot see the World for what it is.  They cannot smell the coffee through the trees, or see the forest through their coffee (...or somethin' like that!)  No, this action in Venezuela is something else.

I like Trump, but I don't like this (or the appearance of it anyway).  Maybe it's just an "Exercise", and if that's the case, then fine.  But I don't think this is an "Exercise", not at its heart anyway.  I think this is something else, and I'm not liking it; not at all!

Evidently it is easier these days to track someone of interest; one B2 or the new Raider and Manduro becomes pink mist blowing in the wind.

50 million is a lot of damn money. I offered to kill him for half of that, but the government didn't like my terms - 10% up front (call it "seed money" ), the balance to be paid upon completion. They balked at paying the front money, so instead I'll just sit on my ass right here, growing tobacco. I mean, it's a paltry 2.5 million. They probably burn up more than that in a year's time just lighting their hand-rolled cigars.

An appeal to my patriotism only goes so far when there's money to be made, and I know from past experience how they'll at times leave you hanging out to dry flat broke after all manner of flowery promises, so, no thanks. Front money or I walk away. That up-front money is my guarantee that I'll get at least something out of their crooked asses when they balk and back out of the deal later, after all is said and done and there ain't no going back.

My guess is, they don't want Maduro dead, they want him compliant - they don't want to kill him, they want to break him enough to make him their "boy". It's easy to kill a man, but a bit more difficult, in many cases, to break him and bend him to your will, and that's what they want. It demonstrates their power and ownership over Maduro, and gives other wannabe dictators pause for thought after that.

That's why the US Navy Caribbean Cruise - they're not there to hurt anyone beyond a few token drug interdictions, they are really there to intimidate Maduro and Company, just to scare the shit out of them... and it appears to be working. Maduro ran to the UN to try to get the UN to tell the US to stop trolling around in the Caribbean, as if Trump wouldn't just thumb his nose at the UN and tell them to get the hell off his lawn!

Quote:Trump RAGES After DEA Confirms Maduro’s Civilian Army Alliance With Mexican Super Cartel Trump is furious after the DEA confirmed shocking ties between Nicolás Maduro’s civilian militias and one of Mexico’s most powerful super cartels. This alliance could reshape the drug war, strengthen cartel power, and escalate tensions across the Americas. The implications for U.S. security, border control, and regional stability are massive, and Trump isn’t holding back on his response.

I think Mr. Trump is hoping that the job will be locally sourced.
I don't see anyone invading anyone, anytime soon.

there's buzz that the military move is part of anti-drug stuff.
remember, the narcos are using submarines now.

wouldn't bother me to see a bunch of cartel personnel killed or captured.  if certain third world countries can't take care of stuff in their own borders (Mexico) they have no right to gripe if we take care of business for them.

The Chinese/(Globalist) regime are attempting to seal-up South America, with special, recent, economic and military purchases/agreements...giving them open lanes across the Pacific, and beachheads that could, virtually, shut the U.S. out.

If they succeed, they will turn South America into another trashed-out landscape of nothing-but mining, airfields and highways (taking no thought for the history and culture they are erasing)...while marching one way --- to North America.

They have Mexico sealed;
What about Cuba; Venezuela, Colombia; now, Peru, Chile, Brazil...(Ecuador?, Panama?, Canada?)?

Does the U.S.' have any true allies in this hemisphere?
Guatemala? El Salvador? Dominican Republic?
Nicaragua? Puerto Rico? Costa Rica? Argentina?
Paraguay? Uruguay? Bolivia... ?

Who can we trust with our blind spots?

If we don't do something... in a flash ...to stir the pot, ourselves..., we will be smothered and killing our neighbors, and forming alliances and PACTS that will make the western hemisphere look like the rest of the 'sphere'. Done at the insistence of global creeping communism.

Is 'blowing' narco-terroristic boats to high heaven the best way to do it?
Guess we'll see.

As of yesterday the Depart of Defense is no more as it will now be called " THE DEPARTMENT OF WAR " that will show all those pesky Chicoms and Narco idiots how the cow eats the cabbage !

You can almost feel the fear in them from afar.... (sarc)... I do agree with the name change especially if the War Department fights to win.
