Rights of migrants trump local people , Home Office argues - gortex - 08-28-2025
The British Home Office has said the quiet part out loud today at the start of their court action against the court order issued a couple of weeks ago to close the Bell migrant Hotel in Epping , today we discover that the belief held by many Brits that our Country has become 2 tier and tilted against Us , the people who pay the bills , is indeed correct , with the Home office arguing that ILLEGAL migrants who have illegally entered our Country have greater rights than we do in the eyes of the government , I'll let that one sink in.
The owners of the Bell Hotel were taken to court by the local council due to the Hotel no longer being used as a Hotel as it has become residential housing which is a breach of planning law as it's not operating in accordance with its designation.
Should the government lose their appeal against the injunction the case will set a legal precedent by which other councils can use to close down migrant Hotels in their areas ....the effect of government lawyesr saying the quiet part our loud remains to be seen.

It's almost like they want Civil War , perhaps to solidify their grip on power as they know they won't get elected again.
At least now I officially know why I've feel like a Second class citizen in my own Country.

Lord Justice David Bean today granted the government's appeal against Epping council , Lord Bean 28 years a member of the Labour party.

What we learn from this is the rights of Illegal migrants are above those of British citizens in the eyes of this government and the Lords , that I would suggest is a wilful dereliction of their primary purpose.

The original version of protest song “Prick in Whitehall” loosely based on "Another Brick in the wall" has been copyright striked on youtube , it's unknown if it was because of a copyright claim or it's a victim of Labours "online safety" (censorship) law so the author has reworked it to eliminate one of the possibilities , if it's taken down again we will have our answer.

The "raise the colours" protest is in full swing now with National flags being attatched to lamp posts around the Nation.

With the movement rising a "Raise the Colours" viral add has been released , our flags seem to be being removed by the Labour council in my area but in the next town who have a new Lib Dem controlled council flags fly proudly , a friend and his crew have been out there flagging the town this weekend... well done lads.
The British Lion is roaring this Labour government would be well advised to take notice or face the consequences.
