Huh. That's the song Clement Mansel had on his demo tape in "Justified: City Primeval". He was trying to give the demo tape to Raylan Givens when Givens assumed that Mansel was pulling a gun, and so he cancelled Clement's Birth Certificate quick, fast, and in a hurry.
