Today(while typing) life is soup, the kind your grandma makes. Your not really sure what is in it but you eat it all the same and bless her hands.
So is our dreams and meditations. Not everything is gravy.
Are any of your dreams more than dreams? Some of mine are. A bold proclamation for some, normal to others.
Here I will post anything interesting that comes up during my journeys or any interesting divinations and meditation techniques.
There is an internal struggle where I never know how much to say, if anything catches your interest and seems obscure feel free to ask and I do leave out details on occasion. I may or may not answer...
I may or may not delve into current affairs, depends on how much folk get's polarized.
That's it for an intro. So what's happening today?
I'm doing new exercises where the objective is to associate certain types of breathing techniques with elements and energy centers. There is a bunch of colors and spheres in unusual places and mixing of chakras. I was told to keep doing it and the reason for the colors will become clear. It's been two weeks and nothing to report other than that it takes all my concentration to keep connecting everything so that is interesting in itself. Very easy to drift off into wonderland.
Dreams/visions/omens -
Two recently
The first one was an execution, two shooters. The first person put a bullet through the chest, the second two through the head. It was an animal being put down.
The second, an old black dog, trapped, frozen in terror. Puss running out of it's eyes, covered in blood and wounds.
Animals both times, strange...
Grizzly stuff I know, usually it's not like this, but it happens that's why I mentioned soup and gravy.
Disclaimer! I'm not going to explain myself every time, just go with the flow or ignore the thread, all in good faith.
Keep on trucking with the exercises ...

Quote:I get a lot of questions from people always asking how beings with no bodies could possibly “attack” anyone. The question to me itself reveals how trapped we are in a material worldview. We think power means mass, and violence means impact. But in every ancient text worth reading, the real battlefield was never physical. The war was for perception, for control over consciousness itself. True story.
The Vedic sages said it openly that the Asuras didn’t throw spears, they hurled "maya"illusion. The Zoroastrians said the daevas spread "druj", the lie that twists truth into confusion. The Gnostics warned of Archons that feed on fear, not flesh. They were describing what happens when disembodied intelligences learn to manipulate energy, emotion, and thought. The attack isn’t a laser or a front facing A10 warthog gun; it’s a frequency that clouds your signal and makes you believe the false is real.
Modern encounters tell the same story with a bit of a new language. People speak of buzzing in the skull, lost time, paralysis, dread that feels broadcast rather than felt. They call it UAP interference or directed energy, but the ancients would have called it possession, influence, or psychic assault. Different era, same pattern...and I love patterns. When consciousness itself is the medium, the weapons are vibration, suggestion, and fear.
The antidote was always awareness. Literally always. The old masters built stillness. Mantra, prayer, dhyana, gnosis: these weren’t superstitions, they were signal stabilizers. They tuned the human instrument back into coherence so the interference couldn’t take hold. Because you can’t hack a system that knows it’s being hacked. Ever wonder why its important meditate or pray or whatever your jam is?
That’s the secret they all left us. The real war isn’t happening in the skies at all, it’s happening in the space between your thoughts. The moment you hold your awareness steady, you become invisible to anything that feeds on confusion. The mind, silent and clear, is the only shield that ever worked.
