Kenzo and MSB,

It was tech recovered from crashed UFOs ... operates in time domain phase-shifted mode that is undetectable by conventional technology.  They can't detect jamming that is a microsecond in the future ...

That's my theory, anyway  Big Grin

Venezuela had at least HQ-9 air defense system and Chinese radars . Considering the possible future escalation around Taiwan , this would bevery bad for the PLA .

I dont know are the  HQ-9 SAMs destroyed , it would be even worse situation if US would get them in one piece and study how they work.

India also claimed that several Chinese made HQ-9 SAMs failed and were destroyed in recent clash with Pakistan last year.
Ladies and gentlemen think about the loss of military face by Russia and China.

China had it's very expensive stealth detecting radar and Russia had the much touted missile defense protecting Venezuela.....Oops ! That should go a long way towards the countries of the world realizing good PR and propaganda does not a weapon make...Like most things paint on a turd may look nice but underneath it is still something's waste product.

I would think there are some constipated thinking in China and Russia about their military... Russia/Ukraine and China's grand plan to invade a peaceful successful Taiwan. Don't brag unless you can back it up comes to mind..I would think there are some constipated thinking in China and Russia about their military... Where is the Venezuelan oil going and what will be done with the money. Democrats trying to find something they can lie about and still sound believable.

Whoa! That was news to me. I knew that we killed some Cubans in Nicaragua and Angola, but the Cuban involvement especially in Nicaragua before the fall of Somoza was never made public, so you never heard anything about it in the news. Everybody knew the Cubans were in Angola, though - it's just that no one knew how vulnerable they were or what piss-poor fighters they were. Now here they are saying right out loud that they killed 32 Cubans on  a Venezuelan military base protecting El Jefe. Well, TRYING to protect him, anyhow.

In Nicaragua, no one here in the US knew the Cubans were there because Jimmy Carter didn't want that getting out. It might have complicated his alleged "foreign policy" for people to realize the Cubans were supporting the same guerrillas he was.. It might have let the cat out of the bag that a lot of the guerrillas were communists rather than just run of the mill "freedom fighters" like Carter was trying to bill them as.

After Somoza fell, and Reagan got in office here, well, then there were some whispers about the Cubans being there to support the new Sandinista regime, but they made it sound like the Cubans had just then hit the beach.

Dayum! The wheel just keeps a-turning!

It would be nice to see Cuba finally fall. Nice to see the casinos come back, and the cigar trade flowing again.

There are other Chinese interests in the Caribbean/Central America that we ought not forget. Not just Cuba, but Panama and Nicaragua ought to be sweating bullets right about now. Panama because China is trying to seize complete control of their canal, which we can't allow, and Nicaragua because China was looking at Nicaragua as an alternative canal site. Their plan was to dredge a canal up the San Juan river and through Lake Managua, to the Pacific. I don't think we can allow that, either. So a little farther down the road, Daniel Ortega might need to sleep with his boots on.

I'd really like to see Ortega go toes-up before I bite the dust. That would be the other bookend on my life.

Cuba has a high probability of collapsing under it's own weight, since all the props are being knocked out from under it. We'll see how that goes. With Venezuela gone, and Russia so tied up that it doesn't have spare rubles to shovel at Cuba, China might have to take up that slack if Cuba is to remain standing, and we know that China is having some economic woes of it's own, what with seeing investments in Iran vanish with a popping noise and all.

So Cuba, as a communist dictatorship, might not be all that long for this world anyhow.

The rest of the Caribbean "partners" of China might want to start rethinking their own strategies as well, and maybe making some new friends and blowing off the old ones...

Venezuela dumped 50 billion dollars into Cuba from 2002 to 2022... That gravy train is over.

Well this explains much https://x.com/CollinRugg/status/2010432002877686077

Quote:NEW: Peter Doocy shows footage of himself being hit by an ‘Active Denial System,’ similar to what was allegedly used during Maduro’s capture.

According to an alleged witness account, Venezuelan soldiers started bleeding through the nose and vomiting during the capture. “At one point, they launched something; I don’t know how to describe it. It was like a very intense sound wave. Suddenly I felt like my head was exploding from the inside,” a guard reportedly said. “We all started bleeding from the nose. Some were vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move. We couldn’t even stand up after that sonic weapon or whatever it was…”

“We had no way to compete with their technology, with their weapons. I swear, I’ve never seen anything like it.”

That should make several country's R&D Ops go into over drive..

Just my two cents worth but warfare is becoming so efficient that soon no one will want to march into a meat grinder or frying pan.!
