Authorities said the driver of the truck carrying the monkeys told law enforcement that the monkeys “were dangerous” and “posed a threat to humans.” They managed to kill all but one of the loose monkeys. However, the university says monkeys on the overturned truck were not infected with hepatitis C, herpes, or COVID.

Again?!? Didn't something like this happen a couple of years ago in PA? Wait, yes. Yes, it did.

Not sure I believe them.
