A multinational study of over 99 million vaccinated people has identified higher incidences of neurological, cardiovascular, and blood disorder complications than what the researchers expected.
The peer-reviewed observational cohort study, published in the Vaccine journal on Feb. 12, aimed to evaluate the risk of 13 adverse events of special interest (AESI) following COVID-19 vaccination. The AESIs spanned three categories—neurological, hematologic (blood), and cardiovascular.
It reviewed data collected from more than 99 million vaccinated people from eight nations—Argentina, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, New Zealand, and Scotland—looking at risks up to 42 days after getting the shots.

The study looked at three vaccines—Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA vaccines as well as AstraZeneca’s viral vector jab.
Researchers found higher than expected cases that they deemed met the threshold to be potential safety signals for multiple AESIs, including for Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST), myocarditis, and pericarditis. A safety signal refers to information that could suggest a potential risk or harm that may be associated with a medical product.

• GBS is a disorder in which a body’s immune system attacks the nerves, and can eventually paralyze the whole body. Most people with the condition require hospitalization. A “statistically significant increase” in GBS cases was observed after the first AstraZeneca shot. The researchers had expected 76 GBS events in the observational cohort study but ended up identifying 190.
  
• Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) is a condition that typically occurs after a bacterial or viral infection. It causes inflammation of the central nervous system. Two cases were expected. However, the study identified seven events after the first Moderna jab.
  
• Bell’s palsy is a weakness or paralysis of facial muscles. Higher than expected Bell’s palsy cases were identified after the first dose of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
  
• CVST is a condition in which blood clots form in the brain, blocking the blood from draining out. This can end up causing a hemorrhage. While 21 events were expected, researchers identified over three times the number of cases at 69 following the first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine. CVST cases were also higher than expected after the first and second Pfizer shots.
  
• Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle. Higher than expected cases of myocarditis that met the threshold for “prioritized safety signals” for the condition were “consistently identified following a first, second, and third dose of mRNA vaccines,” both Pfizer and Moderna, according to the study.
  
• Pericarditis is an inflammation of the outer lining of the heart. The number of pericarditis cases exceeded expectations following “all doses of all the three vaccines,” researchers wrote.
  

Commentary From Researchers
The higher risk of GBS from vector-based vaccines like AstraZeneca has been identified in other studies as well, the researchers pointed out. Interestingly, studies on mRNA vaccines “have not observed increases of GBS,” they noted.
The researchers said that multiple other studies have also identified “increased incidence of CVST after vaccination,” which has led to the withdrawal of AstraZeneca vaccine from COVID-19 vaccine programs in several nations. Some countries have imposed age-based restrictions for the shot, they added.

Regarding myocarditis and pericarditis, researchers noted that the World Health Organization (WHO) has issued guidance on the conditions. A 2021 guidance from the WHO stated at the time that more countries were “reporting myocarditis and pericarditis in individuals who received COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.”
The Feb. 12 study noted that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is monitoring and reviewing data on myocarditis and pericarditis among COVID-19 vaccinated individuals.
The study was funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Public Health Ontario, ICES which is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health, as well as a Clinician-Scientist Award from the University of Toronto Department of Family and Community Medicine. Researchers declared several potential competing interests.

Recent Studies Imply Vaccine Dangers
Numerous studies have shown that COVID-19 vaccines come with a risk of multiple medical complications. A recent Feb. 15 study conducted in Nordic nations concluded that booster vaccination against COVID-19 is linked to a higher risk of heart inflammation among adolescents.
The study noted that the association of myocarditis with COVID-19 mRNA vaccines has appeared “strongest in male adolescents and younger males and after the second dose.”
A separate Jan. 27 study points out that a “considerable body of evidence” suggests a correlation and even a causation between mRNA boosters and adverse effects on the immune system.
“Given the decreased severity of the virus … there are legitimate concerns about the frequent administration of boosters in immunocompromised patients, raising questions about whether this practice may be causing more harm than benefit,” it said.
A study accepted into the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology on Jan. 24 (pdf) investigated placenta samples from two pregnant women who had received Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Researchers concluded that “vaccine mRNA is not localized to the injection site and can spread systemically to the placenta and umbilical cord blood.”
Commenting on the study, cardiologist Peter McCullough said that the observations “have confirmed one of our worst fears, that is, poorly advised vaccination during pregnancy allows circulating mRNA and local production of Spike protein in the placenta potentially threatening the gestation and delivery.”
“But worse, mRNA is passed on to the baby with unknown effects on organogenesis, tissue damage, blood clotting, and a host of other adverse processes within the newborn’s body.”
A peer-reviewed article from last month which analyzed reports from the initial phase 3 trials of Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines concluded that the shots killed more people than they saved.
Based on “conservative assumptions,“ the estimated harms of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines ”greatly outweigh the rewards,“ the article stated, noting that ”for every life saved, there were nearly 14 times more deaths caused by the modified mRNA injections.”
Lately, evidence has been mounting suggesting the “shedding” of COVID-19 vaccine proteins. The controversial subject was largely discounted by scientists but now some doctors say that authorities are well aware of the phenomenon.

Dem Mayor Henyard accused of launching police raids against businesses that won’t 'pay the queen's ransom'

'I'm sure that they were asked to donate,' a local trustee said, assuming 'most likely they didn't make a donation'

Quote:Just hours after reports that embattled Democratic Dolton, Illinois Mayor Tiffany Henyard was under investigation by the FBI, multiple local businesses were said to be raided by local police.

On Tuesday, FOX 32 reported that six individuals have spoken to the FBI about Henyard’s conduct, including business owners, a former village employee and one or more public officials. One complained of difficulties renewing his business license, claiming to suffer from harassment, a raid on his business and being shut down by Dolton police. The U-Haul rental and trucking business owner believed it was retaliation after he refused to donate to a civic event sponsored by Henyard.
FOX 32 reported Wednesday that multiple bars in the town were raided by police the day after the news team visited the businesses amid allegations their licenses were being held up for political reasons. The raids reportedly occurred mere hours after FOX 32’s report about the alleged FBI investigation into Henyard’s conduct was released.  
"Someone seen you go in there. And then two hours after your story aired, the police are at both of these establishments," said Tammie Brown, a Dolton trustee, told FOX 32.


Brown went on to suggest that the raids were done as a warning to other businesses: "I'm sure that they were asked to donate, make a donation, and most likely they didn't make a donation. So you don't get a chance to stay open if you don't pay the queen's ransom."

"They just rushed in here. Put police at the front door like they were doing a raid on a drug house or something," Sevone Garfield, the security director of Pablo's Cafe and Bar, said.
George Mseeh, owner of Pablo's Cafe and Bar, recalled things were peaceful with "nothing going on." Then, he said, "Like 10 police cars come in and they start pushing customers from here. And he said if you don't leave, we're gonna lock you up."
FOX 32 reported, "Employees and owners say it's part of an ongoing campaign of harassment by Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard that is costing jobs and money. Their business licenses have been stripped by Dolton, but they've continued to operate with a state license."


The Village of Dolton reportedly defended the legitimacy of the raids in a public statement: "The businesses in question both had a hearing with the liquor commission last month and the licenses were revoked at that time. The businesses have a history of violent incidents with patrons and were considered a nuisance to the residents in the community. These businesses are unable to operate without the license."

Henyard is said to have a close relationship with the local police force.
According to WGN, "Mayor Henyard’s considerable police security detail, which is said to include four to five police squad vehicles or large, unmarked SUVs like Secret Service transport vehicles, according to a witness."
Brittney Norwood, a trustee in the Village of Dolton, told Fox News Digital last month Henyard spends hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars on security, which effectively takes police officers off the streets who should be protecting the town.
"I think that she spends the money on security because she just loves it. She likes the thought of being surrounded by police officers. I think it makes her feel more important," Norwood said. "The police are simply working under her instructions, but it's also sad. It's sad because we need the police patrolling the streets, and they're with her instead."



Former Dolton Police Chief Robert Collins, who was fired by Henyard, told FOX 32 in another report that Henyard's personal police security detail is not only overblown, but used for unrelated tasks.

"We needed those officers to be on the street fighting crime. Instead, we have several officers that are riding around protecting the mayor," Collins said.
"Officers would be sent out to run errands, do pick-ups, do drop-offs. Whatever the case would be," he went on to claim.



Fox News Digital previously reported that the mayor, accused of antics so wild she deserves her own TV show, has been living like a royal, making frequent use of beauty vendors. She reportedly has a combined salary of nearly $300,000 — more than the state's governor — while the median income for the 23,000 residents of the small town is $24,000. 

Henyard went on a tirade in a public meeting earlier this month, declaring, "I’m the leader," and slammed fellow officials by saying that despite the fact "y’all are Black" they were nonetheless "beating and attacking on a Black woman that’s in power" over her spending.
The Democrat had also previously posted an Instagram video of herself chatting with President Biden at the White House on Jan. 19.
Heyward and the Dolton police did not respond to requests for comment from Fox News Digital in time for publication.

Beware of the "Giggle Factor"...

This "giggle factor" applied to any topic such as UFOs, ESP, or far-out theories that were so far removed from normal experience that serious intelligence professionals would snicker at both the idea and whoever advanced the idea.

Psychological Roots of the Giggle Factor

A present-day example of the giggle factor surrounds the US Defense Department’s (DOD's) investigation into UFOs, now called unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs). Despite establishing a formal office to investigate UAPs and encouraging DOD employees to report sightings without fear of the consequences, the reality is that many officials working in national security privately (or not so privately) snicker at the possibility that UFOs are “real,” viewing anyone who takes the topic seriously as part of the “tinfoil hat brigade.”

I learned this from conversations with current and former officials familiar with the Pentagon’s UFO investigations while researching my new book, co-authored with Chris Gilbert, MD, Ph.D.: The New Science of UFOs: New Insights Into an Old Mystery.

One individual told me, “Yeah, the Pentagon set up the UAP investigation group, but it was all window dressing to get members of Congress who want answers about UFOs off their backs.”

Lue Elizondo, who led the Pentagon UAP investigations until 2017 said that he wanted to alert Secretary of Defense Mattis to flight safety and potential military hazards of UAPs, but the “Praetorian guard” around the Secretary wouldn’t allow it. In frustration, Elizondo resigned to continue his investigations outside the government.

Elizondo and others who took UFOs seriously were not victims of a sinister coverup or conspiracy but a fundamental psychological need to believe we have control of our lives in the present and to predict what will happen to us in the future.

Research on the roots of emotional stress demonstrates that feeling out of control in the present and uncertain about the future are two of the biggest drivers of chronic stress.1,2

As a result, we unconsciously adjust our perception of events to remain inside a low-stress comfort zone where we have at least the illusion of control and predictability of our fates.3,4

Thus, when presented evidence of uncontrollable or unpredictable changes to our lives, we tend to discount (and even giggle at) looming disruptions like climate change, COVID-19, UFOs, and other circumstances far outside our normal experience.5

In this light, the Pentagon’s persistent UFO “giggle factor” is simply the deep-seated desire most of us have to remain inside our comfort zone. And social pressure reinforces our tendency to discount improbable looming events, as no one wants to be labeled the Boy Who Cried Wolf or Chicken Little.


Military Dangers of the Giggle Factor

Although UFOs may all turn out to be misidentifications of benign human activity (errant party balloons or drones), natural phenomena (e.g., ball lightning), or perceptual errors (optical illusions), credible reports, video, and radar information captured by the US Navy in 2004 and 20153 suggest that something more exotic and unexplained is behind a few of the reports.

“Something exotic” does not necessarily mean ETs but could indicate that a foreign adversary has leapfrogged the United States in aerospace technology, which has occurred before when Russia surprised us with the first satellite (Sputnik) and both China and Russia fielded hypersonic missiles long before we did. If some UFO sightings are indeed foreign actors surveilling us or testing our responses and military capabilities (UFOs are frequently reported around U.S. military ranges and nuclear areas), then UFOs merit more than a giggle from defense officials.

But the long-standing association of UFOs with aliens will continue to cause potentially real, nonalien threats to national security from UFOs to be the “baby that is thrown out with the bathwater” and continue to be discounted. If a foreign actor surprised us in a future conflict using leapfrog technology, it’s hard to say what would happen on the battlefield, but one thing is certain: No one in the Pentagon would be giggling anymore.

The Larger Danger of the Giggle Factor

The UFO giggle factor raises a far bigger issue than the origins of mysterious flying objects that may or may not pose a threat.

Unconsciously adjusting our perceptions to reduce stress associated with potentially disruptive phenomena is normal, and even healthy under most circumstances, because stress is a big driver of both physical and mental illness.6

But the pace of change from technology, globalization, demographic shifts, and other factors is accelerating, so that unfamiliar and uncomfortable disruptions to our jobs, our relationships, and our well-being are likely to come at us at an ever-increasing rate.

Ridiculing the prospect of the most extreme of these looming disruptions will keep us in our comfort zones for a while but, sooner or later, leave us ill-prepared for the next 9/11, pandemic, war, or capitol riot.

Yes, we should not overreact to the prospect of low-probability/high-impact disruptions, but neither should we giggle, lest someone else enjoy the last laugh.

Yes, you read that headline correctly, but I guarantee you, you're not alone in doing a double-take on it. When M.D. found and sent this article along, I did  double-take too, and I even added "you've got to be kidding!" out loud. My dog, Shiloh, who is used to such exclamations and "harumphs!" looked at me briefly, whined in empathy, gave me a couple of wags of her tail, and promptly went back to sleep. But no matter how one turns one's head to look at it, that's what the headline, and the article, are saying:

The Air Force Might Have To Protect Money Laundering in Space

I have to admit, I said "You've got to be kidding!" more than once as I read this article (and the second time earned a disgusted and somewhat impatient "snort" from Shiloh, with no accompanying tail-wags). But it was well-deserved, because I literally had to read some of the opening statements in this article twice before their implications hit me.  And they hit me like a blow to the solar plexus or a slap in the face. If they don't hit you that way, then you're simply not paying attention:

Growing fears about cybersecurity and the rapidly decreasing cost to access space has given birth to a new class of startups offering satellite-based data centers impervious to all physical hacking. Even space vaults need guards, and in this case the brunt of that job will go to U.S. Air Force.

Now, forget about all of this being connected to crypto-currencies and basing their data centers in space:

These orbital safety deposit boxes would be beyond the jurisdiction (or easy capture) of any law enforcement agency, regulator or tax collector. And bitcoins have already been implicated in possible ISIS funding operations online.

No, nevermind that such companies might be helping - intentionally or otherwise - to fund international terrorism. There's a "catch", however, and it's a doozy:

In other words: your money is entirely safe up there, except for potential "little" threats from China, Japan, France, Germany, Britain, Italy, Russia, India... and who knows who else?

So what's really being said here? Well, if you boil all the studied and cautious language out of it, what you're really being told is: (1) the securest place for digital currency database location is space, (2) but space also presents virtually limitless opportunities to launder money and, therefore, because it lies outside normal Earth-bound jurisdictions, for all sorts of financial fraud.

Or to put it as succinctly as possible: a space-based economy is a fraudulent one, by definition. What cannot be put up there efficiently and with cost efficiency?

Answer: bullion, specie. even pallets of paper money are out, all for the simple reason that it would be cost prohibitive. And to put that point succinctly, a space-based financial system is by definition a two-tiered system, with the fraudulent one "up there" and the (more-or-less) "honest" one being "down here."

And why is that important? Well, recall the "financialization" of commodities that I mentioned in last Wednesday's blog, and recall that that financialization of space commodities has been underway by my interpretation for a very long time (see my analysis of the initial bearer bonds scandal). We've encountered and blogged about the value of various asteroids out there, and their estimated mineral wealth. We've suggested that by collateralizing those assets already that they've also leveraged that collateralization to increase the money supply. We've even suggested that, to balance the books and "de-leverage" the system that they now actually have to go out there and get it. Or at least, pretend to do so. But the pretense can only last for a while, because sooner of later, one has to send the galleons, load them with mineral wealth, and bring them back to Spai... er... Earth, where the sudden influx of bulllion will increase the money supply, and drive up prices, and drive out industry to less labor-costly areas.

In short, the space economy is not only fraudulent, but that fraud must sooner or later be balanced by actual recovery of commodities in and from space.

Mr. Globalooney is, in other words, now trapped. Sooner or later he will have to invoke space to his rescue.. and like he has done so often in the past, that may come in the form of a (real, or fake) war.
Hence, all the UFO and aliens talk recently in Mr. Globalooney's lamestream propotainment media, and by the governments of the West that he (thinks he) owns and controls.

He's nothing if not consistent... and consistently stupid.

So I went to my stylist yesterday for my usual trim and had an interesting conversation. She asked if I wanted my usual trim or if I was ready for something different, to which I replied that I had promised my mom I would keep growing my hair out because after getting the first two covid shots her once beautiful hair has huge bald patches now so she cut it short and wears wigs most of the time now. Her eyes got really big and then she proceeds to tell me that all of her older clients (and some younger ones) who got the covid shots have all started losing clumps of hair, the more shots they took the greater the hair loss.

Though that certainly came as no surprise to me (pretty much every woman I know in RL who got the shots has been experiencing problems with this) what she told me next WAS a surprise. She said that her clients who are taking the Ozempic shots are also experiencing the same sort of hair loss and that the more shots they get the more hair is thinning and falling out. 

I just thought I'd put this here as a warning. But what they didn't expect: the cosmic rays were coming from "something" two miles underneath the ice. There are witnesses who have seen things, heard things, and felt things that should not exist in Antarctica. Yet they do. Whatever's down there, we're not supposed to know about it. But one thing's for sure, something very strange - and very important - is happening at the bottom of the world.
