Presales of tokens are built into these token launches. In many cases, average folks can get in on the presales before the launch and buy tokens for pennies before it leaves the starting gate. So anyone could potentially get in on a token before it hits the market and you can cash in as they "pull the rug" and it crashes.
Here is the webpage of a new token getting ready for launch called Bitcoin Hyper, a faster version of Bitcoin. It actually looks like a good one, but I'm not even looking at what they want for a presale investment, it is probably over the top for me.
