Sounds like America want exit from it now ? Thought the system ended in 1971 , U.S dollar is still World reserve currency . The point being , there was cooperation between nations post-WWII .
Cooperation is ideal, even preferred but we will govern ourselves how we see fit. I'm glad you have opinions but rest assure they don't count for anything in the United States just like my opinions don't count for where ever it is you come from.
