It's not just the Greens in the UK per se, but appears to be the Left-leaning parties in general, world-wide. In my locale, we have watched them go from surreptitiously trying to "steal" elections by such stratagems as having the dead return to vote, to now not even trying to hide the vote theft anymore. Here, they are now trying to pass Constitutional Amendments at the state level - to the state constitution - to invalidate the voices of half of the electorate, the half that just happens to be their political opposition.
They are trying to blow smoke up our asses by calling it a "temporary measure" to silence their opponents, but I ask you, when has a Constitutional Amendment EVER been just "temporary"?
They are, quite openly, pissing down our backs, and also, just as openly, telling us it's just a bit of rain.
The "new integrity" seems to be the philosophy that, if you can't win on the merits of your ideas, then win by crushing the larynxes of your opposition so that they can no longer voice any opposition... but WIN, by any means possible. How else can one maintain a crushing power over the population?
Tactics like this are something the UK, and the rest of the world as well, should be on the alert for.
